Warranty Conditions

We have 6-month and 1-year warranty conditions in Technogarage. The 6-month warranty applies to all used equipment, and in case of new equipment, the warranty applies for 1 year. Before the expiration of the warranty period, the user benefits from the warranty conditions if the product has any manufacturing defects. If the defect is detected within 3 days after the purchase of the item, we will replace the item with a new one or another item with the same price and capabilities (according to the customer's wish). If we do not find a similar item, the amount paid will be returned to the customer in full. The maximum refund period is 3 days. The warranty does not apply to charging blocks, USB cables, batteries and the part of the equipment connected to the power source. Warranty conditions are automatically voided if: 1. The item is damaged and/or broken; 2. If there are traces of liquid penetration into the item; 3. If the warranty sticker on the item is damaged or missing. Even if the warranty conditions are canceled and/or expired, Technogarage will help you repair the damaged equipment, including bringing the damaged part at cost price.
